Shard International is a boutique brokerage based in the heart of London’s financial district Canary Wharf. Despite being set up only in 2015, the core of the senior management team at Shard International has been mutually collaborating for nearly 10 years with combined experience in the investment and property sectors of more than 70 years. Our small but very dedicated team aims to introduce a wide range of bespoke opportunities to self-certified High-Net-Worth and/or Sophisticated Investors.

We are privileged to work with a network of reputable property specialists both in the UK as well as overseas. Every single project that we that we make available to our existing and perspective clients undergoes a thorough due diligence check before being introduced. We don’t employ hard sales techniques but rather aim to explain how the process works to the best of our ability, so the investor can make a clear judgement on whether the projects offered would make a suitable addition to their existing portfolio.

We firmly believe that before an investor commits to particular project, they need to show a comprehensive understanding of the concept and nature of the offering, hence, we are there to support them throughout the whole process – from the initial inquiry until the eventual completion of the investment.
